Times: 7.30am(GMT) start until 12.30pm (GMT) each day.
N.B. Please log in at 7.15am ready to start at 7.30am.  Please allow an extra 30 minutes at the end of each day.  These are UK times.

Homework: At end of day 1 watch video 60 minutes. At the end of day 2 fill in questionnaire 20 minutes.  No other homework.
